We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join an established and highly regarded business, to manage the South UK territory for a leading manufacturer of Aesthetic Devices.
Your role:
You will use your friendly nature along with your knowledge of the aesthetic market to sell an impressive range of Aesthetic devices to the medical, cosmetic, and beauty industries. You will identify potential customers, present the company’s portfolio to senior medical professionals and business owners, establish new relationships and win new business in hospitals, clinics and medispas.
You will visit potential customers, demonstrate the devices, advise on the applications, and use your commercial acumen and knowledge of the industry to advise clients on how the devices will help increase bookings and positive patient feedback.
You will maintain relationships with your clients so that they are retained as long-term customers. You will provide an excellent standard of customer service, ensuring that clients receive all the support needed, and any issues are dealt with swiftly.

- B2B field sales experience, with a proven record of success
- The personality and people skills needed to excel at developing client relationships
- The ability to win new business and close sales of high-value capital equipment
- Good knowledge of the aesthetics industry and treatments
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- A full clean driving license
