A supplier of innovative and highly regarded facial aesthetics products and medical grade skincare, is looking for an experienced sales person to join their growing team to cover Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Your role

Your role will be to promote and sell aesthetic dermatology products to business owners, winning new business in your region, increasing sales from current clients, and providing an excellent standard of customer support. This is a field sales role where you will visit clinics and meet with your clients face to face.

You will use your knowledge of the industry and your extensive sales experience to identify opportunities and increase sales, and you will use your relationship-building and customer service skills to retain and develop existing accounts.

The skills and experience you will need for this role

Your role:

You will use your knowledge of the aesthetic devices market to plan and manage your territory. You will identify potential customers, present the company’s portfolio to senior medical professionals and business owners, establish new relationships and win new business.

Your role

Your role will be to promote and sell facial aesthetics and dermatology products to clinics, hospitals, dental practices and independent practitioners, winning new business in your region, and increasing sales from current clients.

You will use your knowledge of the industry and your extensive sales experience to hit sales targets, and use your relationship building and customer service skills to retain and develop existing accounts.

As account manager for your clients, you will provide education and support on product use and patient management, and will coordinate training days to ensure that product training is delivered successfully.

Category Manager (Injectables)

Our client, a leading distributor of highly regarded medical aesthetic skincare and devices, is looking for a Category Manager to manage their injectable suppliers.

Your role  

You will be responsible for managing key injectable suppliers whilst building and maintaining long-term relationships.

Working closely with the COO to build, negotiate and agree annual terms of agreements and contribute to quarterly reviews.

You will develop promotional plans, including negotiating funding for promotional support. You will work closely with internal teams including marketing, sales, and education. You will ensure that the voice of the brand, strategy and communication is consistent across all channels.

You will analyse data and gain market intel, of which will be delivered to senior stakeholders both internally and externally.

You will be focused on the detail and ensure that you are compliant with regulatory requirements.

Skills and experience required  

A minimum of 3 years commercial experience working in a category management role.

Ability to understand data and present this to senior stakeholders.

Experience in negotiation and influencing across multiple levels and functions

Commercially astute with knowledge of P&L when making decisions

Project Management experience desired

We’re looking for an exceptional Clinic Manager to join a high-end medically led aesthetic clinic in East London.

As Clinic Manager, you will coordinate a small team of 9 and ensure that every patient journey is second-to-none.

You will provide a warm welcome to patients, and support them throughout their time at the clinic. You will deal with enquiries and bookings, and ensure that communication is of the highest standard at all times.

Dealing with administration, you will take bookings and payments, and maintain clinic records. You will manage the practitioner diaries to ensure accuracy of bookings, and maintain prompt communication so the team are kept up-to-date.

You will oversee the daily running and maintenance of the clinic. You will assist with maintaining standards for regulation, clinic upkeep and stock take, dealing with suppliers and ordering, and any ad hoc duties that arise.

You will develop your knowledge of the clinic’s treatments and industry trends, and make yourself familiar with the clinic’s clientele, so as to best promote the clinic’s offering, and develop marketing initiatives.

Skills and experience required 

You will be someone with a good understanding of skin treatments and the daily operations of a high-end skin clinic. You must have experience of working in a similar role in a private clinic or medispa.

Senior Aesthetic Therapist

Your role 

You will perform a range of treatments, and you will provide an excellent standard of customer care. As a senior member of the team, you will also assist the Clinic Director and help support your fellow practitioners.  

Treatments performed by the aestheticians include device-led skin rejuvenation, tattoo and hair removal, micro-needling, microdermabrasion, skin peels and body sculpting. You will consult with patients to ensure treatments are suitable and in line with what patients wish to achieve, and you will give aftercare advice. 

Though your team will be working towards clinic targets, the Clinic Director places emphasis on patient care and treatment results over sales, so patient satisfaction will be your most important goal.
