We are seeking a Nurse Manager for one of London’s most highly regarded Dermatology Clinics. This exciting new role offers an ambitious and talented medical professional the chance to further develop their career in dermatology, aesthetic medicine, and team management.  

Your role

• You will manage a small team of Aesthetic Practitioners, using your experience of supervising junior team members and your medical knowledge to ensure that treatments and patient care are always delivered at the highest standard.  
• You will have your own patient caseload of performing advanced aesthetic treatments, in addition to providing key support to the team of Dermatologists.
• A typical day may see you involved in assisting during a biopsy, removing stitches, providing input in the drafting of new treatment protocols or medicines management.
• You will be a member of the senior management team and so will work with the Medical Director and Clinic Manager to ensure that the clinic operates safely and efficiently at all times.

Skills and experience required

• We are looking for a registered nurse with experience of working in dermatology, aesthetics, plastic surgery or a related discipline. 
• You will need to have superb presentation skills, and excel at account management and direct sales. 
• You will also need to have a warm personality and be skilled at relationship building, as you will need to understand your customers and develop close working relationships.
• Private clinic experience would be a bonus but is not essential. 
• You must have a current PIN.
• A minimum of five years high quality experience after qualification is a mandatory requirement for this role. 
• Training in dermatology or aesthetic medicine can be provided for the right candidate, but you must be able to demonstrate your aptitude for patient care, your understanding of the patient experience and your ability to supervise the work of others.
